Articulate Rise Course

Need: Job coaches at Rise Staffing were inconsistent with their career placement processes.  In addition, Rise Staffing clients were unclear on the steps within the process.  In order to ensure all staff were following the same procedures, I created a course using Articulate Rise to teach learners how to execute one step in their 4 step customized job development process. This course and/or the job aids included within can also be provided for client use to provide clarity for new clients.  

Result: Since implementation, Rise Staffing has reported that team members have been more effective in carrying out the tasks of their coaching jobs.  All employees are now consistently aligned in the steps they follow for client job placements reducing the time spent training staff.  Company leaders report how impactful the process map has been for marketing purposes.  The professionalism of their process presentation has resulted in the acquisition of new business partners eager to employ Rise Staffing clients.
